Super League Gaming, a California-based event organization for amateur gamers, filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering. Founded in 2014, Super League Gaming filed under the SLGG symbol for the Nasdaq Capital Market. Over the past year, Super League Gaming has expanded to multiple new cities and games. Games part of Super League Gaming’s lineup include League of Legends, Minecraft, Fortnite, and Clash Royale.
