ELEAGUE/Air Force Spreads its Wings
ELEAGUE and the U.S. Air Force inked an expanded multi-tournament marketing partnership ahead of the ELEAGUE CS:GO Premier 2018 in a deal that will see Air Force serve as ELEAGUE’s first-ever official armed forces partner across all platforms.
The deal will see Air Force activate across a number of branded integrations and placements, highlighting the strategy and skillset recruits take on as part of the Air Force.
“ELEAGUE goes to great lengths to bring on partners that have a natural connection to our fans and that understand that the esports community highly values authentic voices,” said Seth Ladetsky, SVP of sales for Turner Sports. “The Air Force gets it and is a perfect fit; we are excited to be working with them in a deeper way and providing them a platform to articulate how they support the men and women of our country in their time of service.”
Activision will include:
- “ELEAGUE at the Base”
ELEAGUE and the Air Force will capture custom video content at various Air Force bases around the country to present the breadth and scope of the Air Force operations and provide a look at what it takes to be a part of the force. - “Tactics” Presented by Air Force
During each day of play, ELEAGUE will create new content that will give fans an inside lookat the tactics used within ELEAGUE competition. It may be a look at an incredible play by a competitor, how a team sets up a round, or a look at the kind of loadout a player may head into battle with – providing the fan a deeper view of the action. - CS:GO Premier 2018 Championship Trophy presented by Air Force
The winner of the ELEAGUE CS:GO Premier 2018 tournament will be awarded with the championship trophy. The moment will include Air Force branding, and highlights and clips will be distributed across social through Turner’s Launchpad social distribution tool.
ELEAGUE CS:GO Premier 2018 live tournament coverage will begin Saturday at 2p.
